Genuine Leaders Care - Care Must Be Expressed

Last spring, I was an honored visitor at not one, but 2 bachelor weekends. I should most likely follow that entire, "What happens in Vegas remains in Vegas" slogan, however because we remained in Wentzville, Missouri, I figure I can spill the beans. And don't get too excited. this wasn't like an early Tom Hanks film.

To be a leader at the company or organization means to be a strong, efficient, smart, all-round, enthusiastic person. Genuine leaders consistent with these functions.

One the most important things that a person must have is a vision. It is necessary to ensure that you know what you desire. Not only is it important for you to understand what you want, however it's also important that you make others mindful also. If you supervise of the team people, it is necessary that you are able to discuss your vision or the vision of the team that you become part of.





Even at the lofty top of CEO and leadership types, people have blind spots and are still tipping over the trip-wire of nominalisations. This time it is the term leadership.

At the beginning we all took a seat and found out, as a group, where it was that we desired to go. All of us had our opinions and they were all documented. We aimed to see which ones we had in typical therefore giving us our "buy-in." We set short-term goals that we wanted to achieve, both private and as a group, and included a timeframe in which to complete it. We also set our long term goals and the steps that it would take us to accomplish some necessary management qualities it.

A leader should listen to himself. to his own inner voice of direction, strength and conviction. When this voice is not heard he wanders aimlessly through seas of worry and doubt. When this voice is heard and not followed he betrays himself and those around him.

Servant leaders are a different bread. They put individuals very first and themselves last. They quit their rights of self interest. Excellent examples of Servant Leaders are Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. John F. Kennedy and I make certain you can believe of more. The problem with being a Servant leader is people tend to error generosity for a weakness. And for that reason a Servant leader gets obstacle more is his/hers subordinates.
